卧式螺旋离心机转鼓有限元仿真研究 被引量:4

摘要 转鼓是卧式螺旋离心机的主要部件,对其进行结构优化设计,提高其分离能力,减少转鼓壁厚是十分必要的。利用 AUTOCAD 软件绘制转鼓的三维图形,以 SAT 文件导入 ANSYS 软件进行应力、应变分析。计算结果表明,转鼓满足刚度和强度的要求。以分离因数作为目标函数,以转鼓的直径、回转角速度、壁厚为设计变量建立优化设计数学模型。最后经过9次迭代,得到了转鼓的优化尺寸,提高了转鼓的分离能力,降低了转鼓的壁厚。 Rotary drum is the main part of hori- zontal screw centrifugal.It is important to opti- mize its structure design,improve its separate capability,and reduce the thickness of rotary drum wall.The three-dimension diagram of drum was drawn by AUTOCAD software,which was imputed from SAT file to ANSYS software to have a stress-strain analyzed.The result showed that the drum was able to satisfy the need of stiffness and strength.The optimal mathematics model was constructed based on u- sing separating factor as objective function,using diameter,rotation angular velocity and wall thickness of rotary drum as design variable. Through 9 times calculation,the optimal size of rotary drum was finally obtained and separating capability of rotary drum was improved,the thickness of drum wall was reduced.
