蛹虫草提取物对H22小鼠抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨蛹虫草提取物抗肿瘤作用的特点。方法采用化学比色法分别测定蛹虫草提取物对H22荷瘤小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px),过氧化氢酶(CAT),丙二醛的影响(MDA),对肝脏中SOD,GSH-Px的影响。结果蛹虫草提取物可使小鼠血清中SOD,GSH-Px,CAT,肝脏中SOD,GSH-Px水平明显升高;使血清中MDA水平降低。结论蛹虫草提取物通过调整荷瘤动物的抗氧化能力而达到抗肿瘤作用的目的。 Objective To study the antitumor effects of the extract from Cordyceps militaris (L.) Link. Methods The colorimetric analysis was adopted to determine the level of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutatbione peroxidase (GSH- Px), catalase (CAT) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum as well as SOD and GSH -Px in liver of mice of H22. Results The extract from Cordyceps militaris ( L, ) Link could increase the activities of SOD, GSH - Px and CAT in serum as well as SOD and GSH - Px in liver of mice of H22 decrease the level of MDA in serum. Conclusion The antitumor mechanism of extract from Cordyceps militaris (L,) Link, may be to regulate the antioxidative activity of H22 mice,
