摘要
目的测定白子菜不同药用部位中挥发油的含量并对其化学成分进行分析。方法以水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MC)联用仪进行分析。结果白子菜不同部位挥发油的含量在0.245%-2.379%之间,经GC-MS分析鉴别出44种化学成分。其中在根、茎、叶挥发油中分别鉴定出31,25和27种化学成分,有14种成分为3个药用部位所共有。结论白子菜不同药用部位挥发油的含量及其化学成分存在一定的差异,其中以α-石竹烯、δ-荜澄茄烯、大叶香烯D含量较高。
Objective To determine the contents of the essential oils in different parts of Gynura divaricata ( L. ) DC. and analyze their chemical compositions. Methods The essential oils of different parts of Gynura divaricata ( L. ) DC. were extracted by the method of steam distill and analyzed by GC - MS. Results The contents of essential oils from different parts of Gynura divaricata ( L. ) DC. ranged from 0.245% to 2.379% , 44 compounds in the essential oils from different parts of Gynura dirarieata ( L. ) DC. were identified by GC - MS. Conclusion The results indicated that the contents of the essential oils extracted from the different parts of Gynura divaricata ( L. ) DC. and their chemistry composition were of great diversity. The content of the essential oil in root is the highest. The higher chemical components in the essential oil are alpha. -caryophyllene, δ -cadiene and germacrene D.
