摘要
针对中国第一汽车集团标准中，汽车起动开关电气性能寿命试验周期太长、不符合生产要求的实际情况，在保持失效机理相似的前提下，进行了寿命加速试验研究，有效地缩短了评价起动开关电气性能寿命的试验时间，满足了汽车生产的需要．
This paper is directed based upon standard of the first motor group company of China,It analyzes things that experiment cycle of electric function life-span of starting switch of motor which is too long to accord with the demands of producing .On the prerequisite of similar invalid mechanism,the paper engages in high-speed experiment of electric function life-span.It not only reduces the experiment effectivily which the life-span of electric function,but also satisfies with the demands of the motor 's production.
