摘要
含1,2,4-三唑基的查尔酮(2a)同邻氨基硫酚合成新型的2,4-二苯基-3-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-2,3-二氢-1,5苯并硫氮杂卓(3a).再将化合物(3a)和氯乙酰氯进行[2+2]环加成反应得到意外化合物(5a).所得化合物的结构经元素分析I、R、MS和1H NMR确认,同时用X-射线衍射法测定了化合物5a.
The chalcones containing 1,2,4-triazole （2a） reacted with 2-aminobenzenthiol give 3-（ 1 H-1,2,4-triazol-1-y1） benzothiazepine （3a）. The compound （3a） and chloracetyl chloride underwent a I-2 ＋ 2] cycloaddition reaction in the presence of triethylamine to afford an unexpected compound（5a）. The structures of the products were confirmed by elementary analysis, IR, MS, 1H-NMR, the compound（Sa） was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.
