摘要
以数字式自适应动态电液疲劳试验机为研究对象,介绍了系统的概况。在工况的基础上,建立了阀控非对称液压缸位置控制系统和力控系统的数学模型。研究了数字控制过程中位置控制与力控制相互切换的关键技术,实现了二者之间的无冲击切换。
The paper studies the digital self-adaptation control electro-hydraulic fatigue testing machine.First,and introduces the whole systemThen it establishes the plant model of position control system and force control system about valve-controlled asymmetric cylinder system on the base of the work conditions of the testing machine.Lastly,the tips of switch between position control and force control is studied,and the seamless switch between the both control systems can successfully achieve an end.
