摘要
针对目前高校辅导员职业发展的现状,提出将职业生涯规划理念运用于高校辅导员队伍设建设之中,分析职业生涯规划在辅导员队伍建设中的意义,提出通过社会、高校以及辅导员"三维策划"来共同为高校辅导员进行职业生涯规划,将辅导员的职业目标同学校的发展目标紧密相联,既保证了个体的全面发展,同时又为学校建立了一支稳定的高水平辅导员队伍。
Based on the analysis of the present situation of college counselors＇ career development,this paper put forward that the concept of career planning be applied to the building of the team of college counselors. It also analyzes the significance of career planning in building the team of college counselors,and proposes that the community, institutions of higher learning and college counselors themselves should conduct the ＂three- dimensional career planning＂ together, and the goal of counselors＇ career should be closely combined with the goal of the college＇s development.
