摘要
近年来中医药治疗大肠癌的研究取得了很大进展,特别是中西医结合治疗中晚期患者,在提高生存率,改善化疗后毒副作用等方面,中医药显示出独特优势.确立有效的中药针剂、中药复方方剂和中医辨证分型施治等结合化疗治疗大肠癌手术后的研究,对于改善化疗的不良反应,提高患者生存质量,防治术后复发转移等方面都取得了较好的疗效.
Recently, there has been a big advance in treatment of large intestinal cancer with Chinese m dicinal, especially integrated Chinese-Western therapy for patients with later and advanced stage large intestinal cancer has shown its unique superiority in raising survival rate and in reducing poisonous side effects of chemotherapy, etc. Establishment of effective Chinese medicinal injection, compound formula of Chinese medicinal and syndrome differential treatment for large intestinal cancer reduced side effects of chemotherapy, enhanced life quality of the patients and prevented postoperative relapse and metastasis.
