摘要
为明确首饰铸件产生缺陷的原因,通过研究发现,首饰铸件表面产生气孔、氧化物夹杂等缺陷,与铸造过程中各工序操作不当有关,其中,浇注过程中的浇注温度、浇注速度,以及相关的铸型温度和铸件冷却速度对首饰铸件质量有不同程度的影响。在具体分析浇注过程中铸件产生缺陷的原因基础上,提出了一些预防缺陷产生的办法。
The study was carried out to investigate defects. Results show that the gas hole and inclusion the cause of the personal ornament casting defects on the surface of personal ornaments are associated with incorrect operation during the pouring process. The pouring temperature and pouring speed, as well as the mold temperature and cooling rate of the metal have influences on the quality of personal ornament castings in different degree. According to above analysis, preventive methods to these problems were presented in this paper.
