摘要
为了研究在燃用生物柴油试验过程中由于产生积碳出现的无法正常启动问题,对积碳的生成机理及生物柴油产生积碳的原因进行了分析。并针对生物柴油及其混合燃料进行了实际胶质试验。研究结果表明:生物柴油的实际胶质很大,混合燃料的实际胶质随着生物柴油比例的增加而增大。对减少积碳和清除积碳给出了相应的办法和建议。
The author analyzes the forming mechanism of carbon deposit and the cause of biodiesel producing carbon deposit, and conducts practical colloidal test in view of biodiesel and blended fuels in order to study on resolving the problem of unable starting created by carbon deposit in the process of biodiesel test. The research result shows biodiesel contains great practical colloidality, while the colloidality in blended fuels would increase with the rising biodiesel ratio, finally the author points out related measures and suggestions of decrease and remove of the carbon deposit.
