摘要
研究了40Cr调质钢和GCr15轴承钢在淬火介质SST103中淬火后的淬透性、变形与开裂性以及40Cr钢的力学性能。实验结果表明:适当调整SST103介质的浓度,可以获得不同的冷却速度。适合40Cr调质钢及GCr15轴承钢的淬火剂的最佳浓度分别为1.0%~1.5%和1.5%~2.0%。
The hardenability, deformation and cracking character of 40Cr and GCr15 steel were investigated after quenching in SST103 quenching medium,and the mechanical properties of 40Cr steel was also studied. The results show that the concentration of the SST103 quenching medium for 40Cr and GCrl5 was 1.0%-1.5% and 1.5%-2.0%, respectively.
