摘要
目的:探讨由于汽车安全气囊打开可造成各种眼外伤,提醒驾驶者及乘车者提高自我保护意识。方法:对34位被气囊所伤患者受伤当时是否系安全带及是否配戴框架眼镜等因素进行分析。结果:其中12例配戴框架眼镜者,21眼眼睑皮肤挫裂伤及角膜上皮划伤;21例伤后回忆肯定未系安全带,其中2例视网膜脱离及2例眼球破裂伤者均未系安全带。结论:不系安全带及配戴框架眼镜在发生交通事故时可造成严重的眼外伤。
AIM： To investigate the ocular injuries caused by air bag inflation for the purpose of awaking drivers and riders to protect themselves well.
METHODS： Causes of ocular injuries in 34 cases, including if they fastened seat belt or wore glasses, and other factors, were analysis.
RESULTS： Of 34 cases, 12 cases wore glasses, 21 eyes got contusion and laceration on the skin of eyelid with unfastening seat belt, in which 2 eyes with retinal detachment and 2 eyes with eyeball rupture.
CONCLUSION： Unfastening seat belt and wearing glasses may cause serious ocular injures when car accidents happen.
