摘要
在花样滑冰、花样游泳、艺术体操、健美操、技巧等项目的比赛中良好的艺术表现力对运动员取得优异的运动成绩有着举足轻重的作用。较好的艺术表现力并非随意可得,它需要一个长期系统的培养过程。本研究通过文献研究法、调查访问法、录像分析及现场观察法等对提高我国运动员艺术表现力的培养的相关问题进行研究。
Artistic presentation plays an important role for the athletes to gain brilliant results in those events such as figure skating, synchronized swimming, rhythmic gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics and aerobics. Good artistic presentation can not be gained at will, but needs a long and systematic cultivation. By means of literature review, interview and questionnaire, video watching and analysis, observation on the spot, this paper studies the cultivation of Chinese athletes＇ artistic presentation aiming to enhance their presentation.
