摘要
在中国现代化进程中的语言生活、语言规划与语言保护工作中,科学理解保护语言文化遗产和推广普通话的关系,坚持主体化与多样化的辩证统一,认真贯彻以人为本、统筹兼顾原则,对于保护语言多元格局,构建和谐语言生活是非常重要的。保护我国濒危语言资源、促进和谐语言生活构建、维护语言多元格局的具体措施包括:尊重多样化现实,有效实施民汉双语教学;利用现代化手段,科学保护濒危语言资源;抓住历史性机遇,积极开展汉语国际推广。
In the course of modernization in China, it is very important for the protection of multiple-language pattern and the construction of harmonious language life to understand the relationship be-tween the protection of language ＆ cultural legacy and the popularization of Putonghua scientifically, to adhere to the principle of dialectical unity of focalization and diversification, and to carry out the policy of people-oriented and making overall plans in the process of language planning and language protection. The concrete measures to protect language resources being in imminent danger in our country, to promote the construction of real harmonious language life in our country, to maintain the multiple-language pattern are.. to cherish the diversified facts, to carry out bilingual teaching of minority nationality languages and Chinese, to protect language resources being in imminent danger by modern means scientifically, and to seize the historical opportunity to popularize Chinese internationally positively.
