摘要
开发了一种适于中小水轮机用的低铬镍、高强度的耐磨蚀钢。钢的力学性能高于传统的水轮机用0Cr13Ni4Mo不锈钢,耐气蚀与磨蚀性能高于目前中小水轮机所用碳钢的1倍以上。经氮化处理,钢的耐气蚀性能可以与0Cr13Ni4Mo不锈钢媲美,耐磨蚀性能与0Cr13Ni4Mo和碳钢比较约提高3~4倍。
Developed a low Cr、Ni and high strength resistance erosion corrosion steel which use in medium less hydraulic turbine.Its mechanical property higher than 0Cr13Ni4Mo stainless,its resistance cavitation and wear erosion property increased more 1 time than carbon steel.After nitriding,its resistance cavitation property equal to the 0Cr13Ni4Mo stainless,its resistance wear erosion property increased about 3~4 times than carbon steel.
