摘要
结缔组织病及其治疗药物所致的肺部病变多种多样，特别是问质性肺炎、弥漫性肺泡损伤。目前，在临床上，气道病变和肺动脉高压等病变已广受关注，本文就结缔组织病的肺部病变及其治疗进展进行综述。
Lung lesions due to connective tissue disease and its therapeutic drug are varied,especially interstitial pneumonia and diffuse alveolar hemorrhage. Lesions of airway disease and pulmonary hypertension and so on are widely concerned by clinic at present. This article will make a review about advance in lung lesions due to connective tissue disease and its treatment progress.
