简述了新时期对高校档案专职、兼职人才队伍的需求,并从人力资源建设的角度出发,提出新时期高校档案人才队伍建设的若干建议。
This paper briefly introduces the demand of the new period for the full-time and part-time archivists of university, and starting from the angle of human resource construction, puts forward some suggestions on the construction of university＇ s archivist ranks in the new period.
