摘要
耿村井田深部煤层瓦斯涌出量增大,影响安全生产。为解决综采放顶煤工作面的瓦斯问题,采用立体交叉抽放网络,即高位与低位抽放相结合的抽放网络,其中高位抽放采用回风巷顺煤层走向高位钻场、走向高位钻孔,低位抽放采用低位采空区埋管、插管和煤壁浅孔抽放技术,大大提高了瓦斯抽采率,有效解决了工作面的瓦斯问题,并实现低浓度瓦斯利用。实践表明,高位抽放与低位抽放方法相结合,既可减少钻场施工,又有较好的抽放效果。
The increasing gas emission from deep coal seam in Gengcun coal mine affects the safety of mining production. To solve the problem of gas on the fully mechanized top caving coal face,the interchange drainage network is adopted which is combined with drainage on high and low position, the drainage on high position adopted the method of high position bores towards coal seam in return airway, and the drainage on low position adopted the method of tube buried and tube inserted and the coal wall shallow hole drainage technique, which greatly improved gas drainage efficiency, effectively solved the problems of gas outburst, and has made good use of low-density gas. It is proved that gas drainage with high position bores and low position bores can both reduce tunnel digging work and make fairly good gas drainage efficiency.
