摘要
目的从基因水平调查遵义地区汉族人群HLA-A、B等位基因频率,并了解其多态性分布状况。方法应用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)方法对遵义汉族200名健康个体进行等位基因分型。结果遵义地区汉族HLA-A、B等位基因频率分布,在低分辨水平,共检出12个A*基因,25个B*基因,与我国北方、南方汉族比较,更接近南方汉族人群。南方汉族中分布频率极低的B*07,在遵义汉族分布频率较高(GF值为2.0%)。结论遵义汉族人群HLA-A、B基因具有较为丰富的多态性,其分布符合南方汉族的特点,又具有高频B*07地区性遗传特征。
Objective To research HLA-A、B allele frequency and polymorphism in the Hans of Zunyi area at gene level. Methods Polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers (PCR-SSP) were used to type HLA-A、Bgene polymorphisms of 200 unrelated healthy Han individuals of Zunyi area. Results Twelve HLA-A and twenty-five HLA-B alleles were obtained at low resolution level in all subjects. Comparing with North and Southern Han people, we can see that Han people in Zunyi are more close to the Southern ones. The allele B*07 scarcely found in the Southern Han has a high distributing frequency (GF=2.0%). Conclusions HLA-A、B of Han people in Zunyi have plenty of polymorphism, they distribute in llne With the southern Han's characteristics and have their own ,territory feature with a high B*07 frequency.
