摘要
中华人民共和国成立后,中国共产党成为领导全国政权的执政党。为更好地担负起领导人民建设新中国的历史重任,1949年11月,中共中央即作出《关于成立中央及各级党的纪律检查委员会的决定》,由朱德兼任中央纪律检查委员会书记。在担任中纪委书记期间,朱德狠抓党的纪律检查工作,阐述了纪检工作的重大意义,分析了建国初期党所面临的各种问题,提出了加强党的纪律检查工作的思想主张。朱德对党的纪律检查工作作出了卓越的贡献。
After the founding of the people＇ s Republic of China, the CPC became the ruling Party in China. In order to build up the New China better, the central Committee of the CPC worked out The Decision to Establish Discipline Inspection Committees at All Levels in the November of 1949 and Zhu De was the secrary of the central Discipline Inspection Committee. Then Zhu De paid special attention to the work, expounded the significamce of the work, and put forth the idea of strengthening the Party＇ s discipline inspection facing problems at that time. He made a great contribution to the Party＇s discipline inspection.
