摘要
长期以来由于自动控制技术条件的限制,乙烯装置急冷水的pH值一直采用手工操作的方法调节,处于较大范围的波动中,给乙烯装置的生产带来了许多的安全隐患和经济损失。本文就抚顺乙烯装置急冷水pH值自动化控制改造情况及存在的问题进行分析。
The pH control of quench water at Fushun Ethylene Cracking Unit has been adjusted manually for a long time due to the corfinement of automatic technology. With the value being in wide fluctuation, it caused much unsafe problems. The improvement of quench water pH automatic application as well as the existing problems were discussed in this paper.
