摘要
采用活性追踪法从银杏外种皮中分离出杀虫活性成分银杏酚和白果酸。银杏酚对萝卜蚜的LD50为0.582 4μg/头,对小菜蛾3龄幼虫的LC50为2.061 3 g/L;白果酸对萝卜蚜的LD50为0.332 8μg/头,对柑橘红蜘蛛、小菜蛾3龄幼虫的LC50分别为2.911 0 g/L、4.600 2 g/L。
Insecticidal ingredients bilobol and ginkgoic acid were isolated from Ginkgo biloba L. sarcotesta with activity-directed method. The LD50 value of bilobol on adults of Lipaphis erysirni was 0. 582 4μg/female,and LC50 value on Plutella xylostella was 2. 061 3 g/L. The LDs0 value of ginkgoic acid on adults of Lipaphis erysirni was 0. 332 8μg/female ,and LC50 values on Panonychus cirri and Plutella xylostella were 2. 911 0 and 4. 600 2 g/L,respectively.
