摘要
发展钢结构住宅,对我国建筑业、冶金业及相关产业的发展以及推进住宅建设产业化、工业化的发展具有重大意义。汶川地震后,具有优秀抗震性能的钢结构体系越来越受到关注。文章就钢结构建筑体系应用于住宅建设的优缺点及制约因素进行了详细阐述。
