摘要
教育垄断是一种典型的行政垄断,它主要表现为实施市场准入和地域保护、采取价格管制、把持领导权力。教育垄断在促进教育公平实现的同时,也在一定程度上制约着教育公平的实现。要削弱乃至消除教育垄断对教育公平的消极影响,政府应从法律法规、机构改革、价格监管等方面入手,加强对教育垄断的规制。
Education monopoly, which is admittance to the market, restriction of price, protection of zone and control of power, is one of the typical administration monopoly. Education monopoly can accelerate education equality while it will restrain education equality. To reduce or even eliminate the negative effect on education equality by education monopoly, government should adjust education monopoly in terms of laws, institution reform, supervising of price ect.
