摘要
研究选择适宜的乳酸菌培养条件，离心收集菌体，采用常温真空干燥工艺制备的固态活性乳酸菌制剂，其具有活菌数高、活力好、生产工艺简单、成本低的特点和良好的应用价值。
This paper deals with the preparation of solid active lactic acid bacteria. Lactic acid bacteria were cultured under suitable conditions, collected by centrifual seperation and dried by vacuum dehydration method at normal temperature. The amount of active lactic acid bacteria with good activity in the preparation was large. The method was of great value in production because of its simple technique and low cost.
