摘要 青岛国际啤酒节历经16年的发展,在功能定位、办节方式、内容和形式上都得到不断的探索和创新。文章在深刻分析青岛国际啤酒节发展面临的问题及成因基础上,从带动效应和支撑效应两方面阐述了青岛国际啤酒节与青岛旅游产业发展的关联互动机制,进而在办节理念、提升核心竞争力和参与性、发挥旅游产业化与啤酒节产业化的良性互动、协调节会旅游与社区居民的关系等方面提出可操作性较强的实施方案,以期更好地推动青岛国际啤酒节的持续发展。 Experiencing 15 years development, Qingdao International Beer Festival has been unceasingly exploring and innovating on the functional orientation and the festival way, festival content and form. The article makes an deeply analysis on lots of problems urgently await to be solved that Qingdao International Beer Festival still is confronted with and their reasons which contains marketing operation, government role orientation, community participation, the multiple fund raising, planning idea and so on. At the same time, it elaborates on association and interaction between Qingdao International Beer Festival and Qingdao tourism industry in two aspects of the driving and supporting effects. Further, making some changes in planning idea, promoting the nuclear competitive ability, raising the degree of participation, developing fully positive interaction between Qingdao International Beer Festival and tourism industry, coordinating effectively festival tourism with the community inhabitants, and other corresponding countermeasures have been put out in order that they could promote the Qingdao International Beer Festival.
