摘要
建立气相色谱法测定水中乙醛和丙烯醛的方法。直接进样用大口径填充毛细管柱进行分离分析,分离度好,灵敏度高,水中乙醛和丙烯醛的检出浓度分别为0.02mg/L、0.01mg/L;样品加标回收率乙醛为102%~103%,丙烯醛为94.8%~96.8%;6次平行测定结果的相对标准差不大于5.8%(n=6)。该方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好。
A gas chromatographic method for the determination of acetaldehyde and acrylatdehyde in water was established. The acetaldehyde and acrylatdehyde were separated from each other through HP - PLOT Q capillary column (30 m × 0. 53 mm i. d. , 40 μm and determined by GC - FID, The detection limits of acetaldehyde and acrylatdehyde were 0.02 mg/L,0.01 mg/L respectively. The average recoveries were 102% - 103% for acetaldehyde, 94, 8% - 96.8% for acrylatdehyde, The relative standard deviations of acetaldehyde and acrylatdehyde were not more than 5.8% (n =6). The method is simple, fast, sensitive and accurate, it is suitable for simultaneous determination of acetaldehyde and acrylatdehyde in kinds of water samples.
