摘要
对材料的硬度进行分析,对于检测和研究材料性能具有重要的意义。将DSP技术和图像测量处理方法相结合实现材料硬度分析,工程上具有较高的实用价值。文章介绍了在DSP平台上以图像处理算法来实现材料硬度测量的基本系统、主要过程、优化方法以及实验结果;与基于PC的系统相比,不仅设备的尺寸质量大为减小,系统性能也有较大改善。
Analyzing the hardness of material has great meaning in inspecting and researching the characteristics of the material. It has practical value to combine the DSP technique with image measuring manipulation algorithm to build the hardness measurement system. The paper introduces the system construction, algorithm optimization and experiment result of the system realized on the DSP platform. It is not only lighter and smaller,but also more effective than the system on PC platform.
