摘要
针对陶瓷插芯产品的结构和污物的特性,着重阐述了超声波在陶瓷插芯制作工艺中的具体应用,研究了超声波功率密度、频率、清洗温度的选择和产品清洗效果的关系。
According to the ceramic ferrule' s structure and the characteristics of the dirty in the hole, this paper focuses its attention on introducing the application of the ultrasonic cleaning in the ceramic ferrule' s processing, and researching the relationship between the cleaning result and the ultrasonic' s power, frequency, the cleaning temperature.
