摘要 本文描述了病菌的培养特征,研究了营养、温度、光照、pH值等对病菌生长的影响。结果表明,以蔗糖为碳源、天门冬酰胺为氮源、温度28℃、pH值5~7时,病菌生长最适宜,光照无影响;明确了杀菌剂的抑菌作用为三唑酮>退菌特>多菌灵;测定病菌致病力结果表明病菌尚无生理小种的分化。 The cultural character and the effect factors of N. horrida were studied. The results indicated that the appropriate conditions for fungus growth were separately the sugar、 asparagin、 28℃ and pH 5~7,but illumination had no effect on fungus growth. The effect that fungicides inhibited N. horrida was of the order triadimefon >Urbacide-Ziram-thiram>MBC. The pathogenicity of strains showed that the race couldn't be divided.
