摘要
以氯甲基化聚砜(CMPS)为原料,二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)为溶剂,聚乙二醇为添加剂,研究了膜液组成和纺丝条件对膜性能的影响,选择适当的膜液组成和纺丝条件,可制得截留分子量为6万以上的中空纤维超滤膜,其截留率可达90%以上,用CMPS中空纤维膜经三甲胺水溶液处理后,可制得季铵化聚砜(QMPS)中空纤维荷正电超滤膜.
In the paper, chloromethylated polysulfone(CMPS), polyethylene glycol(PEG) and N,N- dimethylacetamide(DMAC) were selected to spin hollow fiber membrane. The effects of spinning solution composition and several factors on performance of hollow fiber membrane were studied.The hollow fiber membrane with molecular weight cut of 60000 over can be made by selecting proper composition of spinning solution and preparation condition.The rejection was>90%. Quaternized polysulfone(QMPS) ultrafiltration membrane could be made through dipping CMPS into solution of trimethylamine.
