摘要 采用柱层析法分离纯化番茄红素。结果表明,最佳分离条件为吸附剂100~200目层析硅胶;常温下吸附,洗脱;番茄红素油树脂与丙酮的比例为1∶10;洗脱剂为丙酮;洗脱流速为3.5mL·min-1;高效液相色谱分析表明,柱层析后样液色谱图基本上与番茄红素标准溶液色谱图一致,能达到分离纯化的目的。 Separation and purification of lycopene by column chromatogram were studied. The results indicated that the optimum conditions of column chromatogram that absorbent: 100-200 silica gel, adsorption and desorption at normal temperature,ratio of Lycopene oleoresin and acetone=1:10, desorption solvent:Acetone ,the flow rate on adsorption:3.5mL·min^-1. The analytic result of HPLC indicated that the HPLC chart of the solution after chromatogram and the standard lycopene solution were resemblant. It expressed that column chromatogram could separate and purify lycopene.
