The author discusses the characteristics of the Han nationality residence in.Guilin from the origin of the building types, the organization mode of the building, the material of the building and the detailed decoration, detailedly carries out the comparison of the buildings and the residence in the central plains, puts forward the points that the characteristics of the Han nationality residence in Guilin should be inherited and developed based on the practice.
