摘要
知识产权法是权利人私权与社会公众利益间的一种利益分配与法律选择。权利限制是知识产权法限制其权利垄断性,保留公益性的法律手段,是知识产权公平正义目标的体现。研究了知识产权对图书馆权利的各种适应性安排。
Intellectual property law is fire right of distribution of benefits and law choice between privacy and public interest. Restrictions on rights are the legal means for intellectual property to restrict its fights monopolistic restrictions and to preserve public welfare, and embody fairness and justice goals. This paper discussed various kinds of adaptability arrangement for intellectual property to library rights.
