G蛋白偶联受体激酶4在血压调控中的作用
摘要
原发性高血压(Essential hypertension,EH)及其并发症正成为影响人类健康的主要病因,在我国高血压的发病率达18.8%,EH影响的人口超过1.6亿。2004年全球1/4的成年人罹患高血压,预计到2025年I/3的成年人患有高血压。EH的发病原因复杂,众多的神经内分泌因子(肾素血管紧张素、交感神经、多巴胺、内皮素、缓激肽系统等)和遗传因素、
