摘要
对普通淬火油和机械油的最大的冷却速度所在温度、冷却能力、冷却特性以及300￣200℃冷却速度、淬火油的理化指标、使用安全性、环境污染情况、使用寿命长短、经济效益好坏、淬火质量效果等方面进行详细地比较。结果表明,普通淬火油在实际生产中各个方面的性能远远超出机械油,用普通淬火油代替机械油势在必行。
The differences between ordinary quenching oil and mechanical quenching oil were compared in detail, such as the temperature under the maximum cooling rate, cooling capacity, cooling characteristic and the cooling rate between 300℃ and 200 ℃, the physical chemical indicators, the safety in use, environmental pollution, the worklife, economic effect, quenching quality and so on. The results show that the properties of ordinary quenching oil are much better than that of mechanical oil in the actual production, that ordinary quenching oil replaces mechanical oil will be imperative.
