摘要
针对电力需求的快速发展及对电压/无功协调控制提出的更高要求,提出最优二级电压控制策略.阐述了二级电压控制的基本原理,按照二级电压控制的基本要求,建立了离散二级电压控制系统的数学模型.在控制策略上,采用在线寻优的方法对控制区域进行协调控制.通过对New England 10机39节点系统进行数字仿真,验证了所提出的控制方案的有效性,并得出二级电压控制可以有效改善电力系统的电压水平、提高系统电压稳定性的结论.
Voltage and reactive power control requires more advanced techniques along with rapid development of electric power needs. The basic theory of secondary voltage control was introduced, and an optimal secondary voltage control method was proposed. According to basic requirements of secondary voltage control, the mathematical model for dispersed secondary voltage control system was built up. An online searching based optimal algorithm was employed to deal with this co, ordinated control problem. Simulation results on a New England System show that the proposed secondary voltage control can effectively keep voltage level and enhance voltage stability.
