摘要
B型烟粉虱是近年来蔬菜的主要爆发性害虫,严重影响到茄果类、瓜类蔬菜的安全生产,给广大菜农造成了巨大损失。由于B型烟粉虱抗性的增加,使用单一药剂防治效果明显下降,采用0.5%富表甲氨基阿维菌素乳油、80%氟虫腈水分散粒剂、10.8%吡丙醚乳油、25%阿克泰水分散粒剂等进行混配试验,结果表明:采用不同杀虫机理的杀虫剂对防治蔬菜B型烟粉虱具有较好的防治效果,施药后5d防治效果较好,含有0.5%富表甲氨基阿维菌素乳油、80%氟虫腈水分散粒剂的混配剂对B型烟粉虱成虫具有十分明显的防治效果,持效期5~7d;80%氟虫腈水分散粒剂、10.8%吡丙醚乳油、25%阿克泰水分散粒剂具渗透性杀卵作用的药剂对B型烟粉虱若虫、卵仍具有较好防效,对高龄B型烟粉虱若虫尤其是处于拟蛹阶段的若虫基本不具杀伤作用,但对低龄若虫防治效果较好,80%氟虫腈水分散粒剂、25%阿克泰水分散粒剂适当增加用药浓度,对B型烟粉虱低龄若虫仍具较好防效。
Bemisia tabaci Biotype B is a major insects for Solanaceae and cucurbit vegetables ,causing great loss of production. Biotype B of B. tabaci has developed resistance to insecticides ,the single chemical spray is less effective. The mixtures of fipronil, pyriproxyfe and chiamethoxam were proven to have good control of both adults and nymphs. Our test showed insecticide mixtures of chemicals with different mode of action give good control B. tabaci,the better effect reached five days after treatment. The mixture of fipronil and emamectinbenzoate was effective in controlling adult B. tabaci Biotype B in 5 to 7 days after treatment. Insecticide fipronil,pyriproxyfen,chiamethoxam with the osmosis can kill eggs and have effect on nymphs and eggs, but hardly have effect on elder B. tabaci Biotype B, especially on pupae.
