心力衰竭引起骨骼肌病变的分子机制 被引量:2

摘要 骨骼肌病变是慢性心力衰竭的主要症状之一。引发骨骼肌细胞结构和功能异常的确切机制尚不清楚。本文介绍了近年来发现的相关分子机制,主要包括肌抑素、胰岛素样生长因子-1、部分致炎细胞因子、过氧化物增殖激活受体γ协同激活子-1α、MAFbx泛素连接酶和Bcl-2家族蛋白等活性分子的发病学意义。对这些活性分子的研究,为心力衰竭临床治疗和改善预后提供了新的思路。
