摘要
本文以1.5KW直流电机为被控对象,介绍了采用单片机和PC机构成的电机远程测控系统,采用转速的周期测量法和电机的PWM控制方式实现对电机转速的高精度测量与控制。设计了单片机系统和PC机间的通信接口,上位机采用VC设计监控程序对电机进行实时监控,系统运行稳定可靠。
Introducing direct motor control system, which using SCM and PC and taking 1. 5KW direct current motor as control object. The system can measure and control the rotate speed of the motor precisely by period measurement and PWM control mode. The thesis describes how to design communication interface between SCM and PC, and how to design monitor and control program by VC on host computer to monitor and control motor currently. And the system runs steadily and reliably.
