摘要
对一种基于PROTEL的CAM输出文件,快速、自动、精确地制作印刷电路板的制作机模型进行了研究。探讨了一种基于单片机加CPLD设计模式的全新PCB制板方法。分析了传统制板方式和本方法的区别,突出了后者的高精度、操作简便、无环境污染、真正实现快速制板的特点。
The research of a model of manufacturing PCB board in a fast automatic and accurate way is presented in this article. And a new method of manufacturing PCB board through the technologies of MCU and CPLD is discussed as well. The comparisons between the traditional way and the way introduced by this article are involved to highlight the characteristics of latter one： high precision ,easy-operated ,no pollution and realize the fast manufacture of PCB board thoroughly.
