摘要
介绍了国内广泛采用的几种焦炉煤气净化工艺,分别对真空碳酸钾、HPF和AS法的净化工艺的原理、工艺流程、主要工艺操作控制指标和工艺特点等进行了介绍。同时,还阐述了这几种不同的焦炉煤气净化工艺的组合方式,并对其组合的煤气净化工艺进行了经济比较,供同行选择参考。
Several purification processes for coking gas are introduced. The working principle, process flow, major operative control targets and process characteristics of vacuum potash, HPF and AS purification methods are presented individually. At the same time, combinations of these methods are discussed and economically compared to provide a reference for the field.
