摘要
目的:优化白及粗多糖的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以白及粗多糖的提取率为指标,考察白及的粉碎粒度、提取时间和提取温度对提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为60目白及细粉分别以8、6和4倍量纯化水为溶剂提取3次,提取时间分别为3:2:2h,提取温度为90℃。结论:该提取工艺稳定可行,质量可控。
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology for the polysaccharides from Rhizoma Bletiliae.METHODS: The impacts of grinding particle size, the extraction time and temperature on the extraction technology was studied by orthogonal experiment with the extracting rate of striata polysaccharides as markers. RESULTS: The optimum extraction condition was to add 8, 6 and 4 times purified water respectively to Rhizoma Bletiliae powder and extract at 90 ℃ for 3 : 2 : 2 hours respectively. CONCLUSION: The extraction technique is stable and feasible and the quality of the polysaccharides is controllable.
