摘要
为提高学校和托幼机构食堂卫生管理水平,石家庄市长安区卫生防疫站在辖区12家学校和托幼机构食堂实施了食品卫生监督量化分级管理。通过对上述单位进行食品安全的危险性分析和信誉度分级评分,以提高学校和托幼机构食堂的安全防护意识,改善其饮食卫生状况,减少学校和托幼机构食源性疾患的发生。
In order to enhance the hygienic management of school and kindergarten eateries, food hygienic quantification classified management was implemented in 12 schools and kindergartens by Changhn Epidemic Prevention Station of Shijiazhuang. With risk analysis and credit classified estimation of food safety, to enhance safety protection consciousness of school and kindergarten eateries, improve food hygiene condition, and prevent foodborne disease.
