工作场所空气中液化石油气的溶剂解吸气相色谱测定法

摘要 目的探讨工作场所空气中液化石油气溶剂解吸的气相色谱测定方法。方法工作场所空气中液化石油气用活性炭管采集,采用二硫化碳解吸、毛细管色谱柱分离测定,流动相高纯氮流速为20ml/min,氢气流速为50ml/min,空气流速为500ml/min。结果工作场所空气中液化石油气浓度在0.9-500μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,精密度分别为0.64%、0.56%、0.85%;最低检出限为0.9μ/ml;样品加标回收率为95.3%~97.8%。结论该法适用于工作场所空气中液化石油气浓度的测定。 [ Objective] To explore the solvent desorption gas chromatography in the determination of liquefied petroleum gas in the air of the workplaces. [ Methods] LPG samples in the air of the workplaces were collected with active carbon tubes, desorbed with carbon bisulfide and determined with capillary chromatogram column ; the flow rates of high purity nitrogen of mobile phase, hydrogen and the air were 20 ml/min, 50 ml/min and 500 ml/min respectively. [ Results] The linear correlation was fine when the LPG concentration ranged between 0.9 μg,/ml and 500 μg,/ml in the air of the workplaces; the precisions were 0.64% , 0.56% and 0.85% respectively; the LOD was 0.9 μg,/ml; the labeled recovery rate of the samples was 95.3 % -97.8%. [ Conclusion] The method is applicable for the determination of LPG concentration in the air of the workplaces.
