摘要
应用益糖饮颗粒剂治疗４０例Ⅱ型糖尿病。结果表明，益糖饮颗粒剂能改善患者多尿、口渴、多饮和多食的症状，降低空腹血糖和餐后２小时血糖，与治疗前比较差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。并能降低血清甘油三脂和胆固醇，与治疗前比较差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示益糖饮颗粒剂用于治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病有较好的疗效。
This study was designed to evaluate the effect of Yi Tang Yi(YTY) to decrease blood-glucose and blood-lipids in 40 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus(DM).The results showed that the blood-glucose values of the patients after receiving YTY were decreased significantly(P<005),fasting blood-glucose value was from 12695±3945(mmol/L) to 9117±2098 and two-hour postprandial blood glucose value was 18601±4619 to 12734±2604.The triglycerides and cholesterol also were reduced significantly (P<005) after YTY treatment.These results suggest that YTY granule has effects to decrease blood-glucose and to regulate lipids' metabolism.
