相转移催化合成硝基甲基琥珀酸酯

摘要 研究了在相转移催化剂(PTC)作用下,硝基甲烷与马来酸酯进行Michael加成反应合成硝基甲基琥珀酸酯。考察了PTC种类、碱种类及溶剂等因素对产品收率的影响。实验结果表明,聚乙二醇作为PTC的催化效果优于季铵盐和王冠醚,K2CO3是适合本反应的碱,聚乙二醇分子量为1000左右催化活性最高,产品收率可达443%,加入甲苯作为溶剂可提高收率到60%。 Synthesis of nitromethysuccinic with phase-transfer-catalytic Michael addition of nitromethane to maleate is studied.The influences of types of phase-transfer-catalysts(PTC) and base,as well as solvents on the yields are investigated.The results indicate that the catalytic activity of poly ethylene glynol (PEG) is better than that of quarternary ammonium salts and crown ethers.K 2CO 3 is a suitable base for this reaction.The highest yield was 44.3% when PEG 1000 was used as PTC.When toluene was used as solvent,the yield could be increased to 60%.
