通过阐述高校图书馆参考咨询工作的现状与问题,分析制约参考咨询服务发展的主要因素,提出了提高高校图书馆参考咨询服务工作水平的新思路。
The paper has expounded on the current situation and problems in university library reference and consultancy service, analyzed the major factors constrains in reference and consultancy service and put forward new thoughts on improving the work level of university library reference and consultancy service
