摘要
首先说明目前教材征订流程,以此分析当前高校教材征订流程的缺点,然后设计了一个新的教材征订流程,通过将现有的流程分解为教材信息库维护及教材征订两个流程,解决现有流程所出现的问题。文章最后对新的流程进行讨论,并介绍了系统使用的情况。
This paper has introduced the process of ordering of teaching materials in colleges and universities. By old process, the paper had the shortcomings of current process of buying teaching materials. Then, the paper has described a new process with 2 divided processes that is the maintenance of teaching materials and order of teaching materials. The new process has solved all emerging issues in old process. Finally, this paper has discussed on the new process and old process and introduced the use of the system.
