摘要
目的研究新林土、老参地土、人参根际土浸提物对萌芽人参种子胚根和胚轴生长的影响。方法用甲醇浸提土壤样品,每种土壤浸提物样品分6个浓度梯度对萌芽人参种子进行处理,培养一段时间后,测量人参种子胚根和胚轴长度,通过与对照对比,分析不同土壤浸提物及浓度对人参种子生长的影响。结果人参根际土浸提物对人参种子生长的抑制作用最强;种植人参、西洋参的老参地土浸提物对萌芽人参种子的生长有一定影响,表现为低浓度促进、高浓度抑制的特点;未曾种植人参、西洋参的新林土对萌芽人参种子生长的抑制作用不明显。结论人参根际土壤和老参地土中存在自毒性化学物质,对人参种子生长的抑制作用与其浓度有密切关系。
Objective To study the inhibition of ginseng or American ginseng-uncultivated soil, and ginseng rhizosphere soil extracts on the growth of radicle and hypocotyl of germinant ginseng seeds. Methods Soil samples were extracted with methanol, and for each soil extracts, ginseng seeds were dealed with six different concentration, respectively. After cultivated a period of time, the length of radicle and hypocotyl in different treatments was compared with the control to estimate their inhibitory effects on the growth of ginseng seeds. Results Extract of rhizosphere soil inhibited the growth of ginseng seeds strongly, soils that cultivated ginseng or American ginseng inhibited the growth of ginseng seeds in some degree, and showed the character that accelerated in lower concentration and inhibited in higher concentration. Ginseng or American ginseng-uncultivated soils had no significant effect on the growth of germinant ginseng seeds. Conclusion Autotoxic substances present in gensing rhizosphere soil and ginseng or American ginseng-cultivated soils, and the inhibitory effect on the growth of ginseng seeds are correspond- ing to the concentration of autotoxic substances.
